2 units of luxurious 3 bedrooms private villa for 25 years leasehold, complete with its carpark. Enclosed/open air living-room facing a pool, embellished with a large hammock and pool bar to complete the entertainment package of a relaxing holiday.
 

Ameeya villas are situated in a vibrant and green neighbourhood, stands out with its sleek and contemporary design. Its exterior is characterized by clean lines and large windows that allow ample natural light to flood the interior spaces.

 

In the foreground, a garage provide parking spaces for a car for each villa.
